CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

1. What are the conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment?

You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to Rs. 10,000. Follow these steps:

• Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
• Fill in your Billing and Shipping details.
• Under Payment Method, select “Cash on Delivery”.
• Click “Confirm Order” and note your Order Number on the confirmation page.

Your order will arrive via courier, and you’ll pay in cash upon delivery. A receipt will be provided.

• Are there extra charges for COD?

No hidden fees! Only standard courier charges apply (if applicable).

• Where is COD available?

COD is available across Pakistan. International orders require advance payment.

• If I order multiple items, will they arrive together?

Yes, we aim to ship all items in one package. Full payment is due upon delivery. If delays occur, we’ll notify you.

• Do shipping costs depend on order weight?

Yes, heavier orders may incur higher shipping fees. For international rates, see our Shipping Policy.

• How many delivery attempts will be made?

Couriers will try twice. Ensure your address and phone number are correct. After two failed attempts, the order returns to us.

ORDER DELIVERY

1. What’s the delivery time?

3–5 business days (Pakistan), depending on product availability. Orders placed before 1 PM are processed the same day.

• Why might my order be delayed?
• Delays can occur due to:
• Custom embroidery work (handmade items take time!).
• Payment verification.
• Courier delays (e.g., weather, remote areas).
• What are the delivery charges?

Pakistan: Free delivery on orders over PKR 2,000. Below PKR 2,000, a PKR 100 fee applies.

International: Costs vary by location/weight. See our Shipping Policy.

• Are there restricted delivery areas?

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military zones, or high-security areas. International buyers: Check your local customs rules for:

• Import limits (quantity/value).
• Material restrictions (e.g., embroidered fabrics).
• Taxes/duties (paid by the buyer if held by customs).
• Can orders be split if items are unavailable?

Rarely. We’ll notify you if adjustments are needed and adjust payments accordingly.

• How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a Tracking ID via email once shipped. Check status using your Order ID on www.duaembroidery.com.

• Which couriers do you use?

Pakistan: Trusted local partners.

International: DHL or FedEx.

Customs charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. We declare accurate product values to avoid delays.
