7. Sale Terms
Returns & Exchanges
- No cash refunds. Exchanges are permitted only for defective items within [X] days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
Shipping & Orders
Delivery Charges: Start at PKR 150 (waived for orders over PKR 2,000).
Order Limits:
- Maximum 2 orders per 24 hours.
- Minimum order value: PKR 1,000.
COD limit: PKR 25,000 (higher amounts require prepayment).
